Leaves of Three

Whimsical, fantastical, cheeky, and chilling — a love letter to the most maligned member of the forest: Poison Ivy.

To man she is a nuisance, a danger, and a threat we seek to eradicate, but to those who call her leaves home she is a friend, a sister, and a protector; often the first to rush in and cover land ripped open. And each year, as we warm the planet, she grows stronger and her territory expands.

Leaves of Three is a modern day fairytale exploring the parallels between land protection and bodily autonomy, the female relationship to poison, and what it means to engage deeply with a planet that, on occasion, wants us dead.

Born Curious

J.R. Harris is an explorer, psychologist, and self proclaimed “curious dude.” Always has been, always will be. Even now at “like, a hundred and twenty years old” he’s not really a sit on the beach sipping margaritas kind of guy. He unwinds by getting WAY out there. Which is a little unusual for Queens kid from the projects, he knows.

Filmed in J.R’s beloved New York City, BORN CURIOUS explorers the life of the explorer. It is in turns comedic and lyrical, tense and heartwarming and will inspire even the most timid among us to live braver and bolder every day.

Women’s March

2020 was hard. So hard. So unnecessarily, stupidly, over the top hard. But women showed up and made our voices heard. Besides being a cathartic project to take on, this video marked the first of many collaborations between Julia and her sister, Phebe, a designer/animator/all around creative powerhouse.
